Quality inspection of hydraulic fittings

Quality checked
at every stage.

Checking a hydraulic fitting against gauges

Our Quality Commitment

Because we make our products ourselves, we never have to depend on someone else's standards. We choose the material, set the tolerances and inspect the work. After more than 40 years in this trade, we would not have it any other way.

Hydraulic joints are opened and closed again and again during servicing and implement changes. A thread that is slightly off, or a sealing face that is not quite flat, will start to leak sooner or later. That is why thread accuracy and sealing are the two things we watch most closely, both when we set tolerances and when we inspect a batch.

Checks At Every Stage

Every batch goes through the same sequence of checks, and it cannot move to the next stage until it has passed the current one.

  • Raw material verification
  • Dimensional inspection
  • Thread gauging on every size
  • Sealing face finish check
  • Plating and surface inspection
  • Final inspection before packing

Why Our Quality Holds Up

Forty years of supplying tractor trolley and hydraulic equipment makers have shown us exactly where fittings tend to fail. We choose our materials, threads and finishes with those weak points in mind, and that is why our couplings and nipples keep working year after year.

  • Standard thread sizes, so parts fit across equipment brands.
  • Made to handle hard agricultural and industrial use.
  • The same quality in every batch, because every stage happens at our plant.
Quality Process

From Raw Material To Dispatch

Hydraulic fittings packed and ready for dispatch
01

Material Selection

Bar stock and raw material are checked before they go into production.

02

Machining & Threading

Parts are turned, drilled and threaded to standard sizes on our own machines.

03

Inspection & Gauging

Threads, dimensions and sealing faces are inspected batch by batch.

04

Packing & Dispatch

Finished parts are counted, packed and shipped to dealers, distributors and OEMs.
