A high-tensile screw for trailer hitch and coupling assemblies that keeps the trolley fastened to the tractor under load.

The trailer screw is a small part with a big responsibility: it secures the hitch assembly that connects a loaded trolley to the tractor. On rough village roads and in the field, it takes shock loads, constant vibration and the wear of daily hitching.

Pin and Patta Set

A pin and strap set that mounts the tipping cylinder to the trolley at the top and bottom, and holds it steady through every lift.

On a tipping trolley, the hydraulic cylinder is anchored at two points: one on the chassis and one under the body. The pin and patta set is the hardware that makes both connections. The pins act as pivots, and the pattas (straps) keep the cylinder in line as it extends and retracts.

Every time the trolley tips, the full weight of the load passes through these parts. We make them for strength first, then finish them to stand up to weather and field conditions.

Dust Cap

Dust Cap

A cap that covers an unused coupling end and keeps dirt, water and grit out of the hydraulic line.

An open coupling left on a trolley in the yard collects dust within hours. The next time it is connected, that dust goes straight into the oil, where it scores seals, valves and cylinder walls. A dust cap prevents all of that for a fraction of the cost of the repair.

It fits snugly over the coupling end while the line is not in use, protecting the threads and seals until the next hook-up. Our caps are sized to suit our own couplings.

Dust Adapter

Dust Adapter

A connection point with a built-in dust cover, so a port stays ready to use while the circuit stays clean.

The dust adapter gives you a working connection and dust protection in a single part. It is fitted where a port needs to stay ready for use but cannot be left exposed, such as on implements that are hitched and unhitched throughout the season.

In dusty fields and yards it keeps grit out of the circuit without the need to carry a separate cap. It is threaded to match our coupling sizes.
